BroadSoft MobileLink is a straightforward non-VoIP client designed to allow end-users to make and receive calls over their existing cellular networks while maintaining their business identity. It enables users to manage calls, track call history, access voicemails, and adjust personal settings directly from their smartphones, mirroring the functionality of an office desk phone.

The application supports features such as searching corporate directories, initiating click-to-dial from contact lists, and customizing calling options. These include call-through (direct dialing without PINs or two-stage dialing) and callback services (initiating calls via the BroadWorks platform to potentially reduce roaming charges).

Compatible across various operators and systems, MobileLink is fully integrated with the BroadWorks® platform, effectively transforming a user's personal mobile device into an extension of the enterprise PBX.

Additionally, MobileLink integrates with BroadSoft Msg.Now — a fixed-line text messaging solution that enables users to send and receive SMS using their business phone number.
